    how do you fell about people who workout at home? what is the cheapest/highest gym you been in? and have you ever been in an gym scam or any kind of scams?

      Myself and my wife workout at home, so I guess I can say I love those who workout at home. I use to spend $55 a month for my wife to workout at a gym ($660 a year). Since buying Insanity/P90X for myself and Turbo Fire for the wife (Approx $270)...I do not need to spend the gym memberships, saving me over $300 a year because these program you can do over and over and over and continue to see the results. I have error-ed in my life signing contracts with gyms, never again!

      I admit that I used to be skeptical about working out at home. But now, I believe that if you have good workout dvds, you can get just as great of a workout at home vs. the gym. I love Jillian Michaels' dvds, they are killer and really kick your butt! For the easy, low impact days, I workout with Leslie Sansone dvds. I also workout at a gym and I currently pay $24.95/month. The highest I have ever paid for a gym membership was back when I was a member of a boxing gym which cost $89/month (I really miss it, boxing/kickboxing is a CRAZY workout!).

      i'd love to use my wii console at home i have the zumpta dance' but i broke my neck 2 months ago and i'm having to wear a neck brace for now' but not being able to work worrys me becuz i feel i'm not getting enough exercise there fore putting more weight on even though i am watching what i am eating.

      I love working out to The Firm, its great and quick and you really can go at your own pace!
