Wow...this challenge is going strong! My sister was in the hospital this week, so my life has been very hectic. she's home now and doing better, but I completely lost track. I feel so bad about getting off track and not being of much support to you all lately, but I will do better. My sacroiliac has really been bothering me lately, too, so I need to take care of that, too. I am on a 4-day vacation next week/weekend, so things may be a little lax then...not sure what the Wifi situation will be like. Keep up the good work! I will check in but will restart my challenge next month.6

I am quite late in joining this challenge but I hope it's okay if I log my steps from today. In last few months I fell off the wagon pretty bad. I gained almost 15 kg (33 lbs). It is quite depressing. Now I am trying really hard to loose it. All together I am 84 lbs overweight. I lost 44 lbs before with the help of step challenge and hoping to do it again.
The accountability and support from the MFP friends really helped a lot last time.1 -
how do you sync your fit bit to this program. I remember seeing it but it is gone. and count me in for step challenge.
