What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I would like to be at 162 lbs. before my trip to Spain in 5 weeks! 162 is the lowest weight I have reached in my life as an adult, and I am about 8 lbs. away from that!14

Getting below 178lbs. I have been 'stuck' here since October. Gained a fair bit over Christmas and am back down again now, but just want to see a new number!!6

To be able to walk up ten flights of stairs. Atm can only do 2 flights so do at least 5 sets of 2 throughout the day but I really want to be able to do them in one go.10

I told myself if I can get below 160 by end of January, I would buy myself some yarn I want! (A kit on Etsy for the Find Your Fade shawl, in case anyone else is a knitter.)9

I'd like to cosplay Loki when Infinity War comes out in April and I'd rather not be a Loki with a gut12

I can finally take my wedding ring off! When I was at my highest weight, I was starting to worry that I'd have to have it cut off. This is my best non-scale victory yet. Still waiting to fit into that pair of pants!13

Mini goal for January- get to 157. I'm 158 now, which was my initial goal. One pound is arbitrary but I would love to say that I am under my goal!8

I finally returned to my pre-Christmas weight, so one goal is met. I'm three pounds away from normal BMI, so that's my next goal. After that, I'm trying to deadlift more than my body weight. I'm pretty close, so continued weight loss will help7

Mini goal 2b: Run for 30 mins straight - met! (I regularly run 30 mins once a week with intervals up to 6mph)

Mini goal 4: Add 3 sets of 10 squats that break parallel to my strength routine. - met/modified - I now do 3 sets of 15, not quite parallel but close and taking into account a knee I don't wanna aggravate.
This was a good month for weight and a month of adjustments for my body. First my left knee started giving me trouble so I backed off my run and switched to elliptical. Then as mentioned above, I had to modify my squat goal, and I've got some weird shoulder pain that affects strength training. But I'm loving the muscles popping in the back of my thighs and bottom of my butt (which I've noticed is getting smaller and flatter on top, so you better believe I will be keeping up these squats!). Next goals:
Mini goal 1: get under 210 - met! (209.6 10/19/17)
Mini goal 2a: Onederland by late December or early January - met! (199.2 12/23/17)
Mini goal 2b: Run for 30 mins straight - met! (I regularly run 30 mins once a week with intervals up to 6mph)
Mini goal 3: 195 - met! (193.4 01/19/18)
Mini goal 4: Add 3 sets of 10 squats that break parallel to my strength routine. - met/modified - I now do 3 sets of 15, not quite parallel but close and taking into account a knee I don't wanna aggravate.
Mini goal 5: 189.9
Mini goal 6: Attend my annual physical tomorrow and get a referral for physical therapy to investigate this knee and shoulder stuff.1 -

- Mini Goal 1: 185 lbs for Hawaii trip! (2nd week of Jan) Achieved
- Mini Goal 2: 183 lbs by my 20th birthday (Feb 6th)
- Mini Goal 3: 178 lbs (weight I was when I met my BF) by Spring break (Last week of March)
- Mini Goal 4: 175 lbs for my little sister's graduation (Mid-May)
- Mini Goal 5: 170 lbs by Fall 2018 semester (August)
- Final Weight Goal: 165 lbs by Halloween 2018
- Recomp Goal: ~ 18% body fat at the start of next summer (May 2019)

My last mini goal was to get under 200 by feb 1st, today I was 202, so I’m fairly sure I will achieve that!
Soooo my next mini goals are to lose 10% of my body weight (9 more lbs) and then get out of the obese BMI category (11 more lbs). Want to do this by the end of February!!3 -
I want to hit my goal by my 28th birthday! August 31st. I'm down 15 pounds from December 4th and have 30 pounds to go!4

I want new work pants but cant justify spending money on them right now since I'm so close to needing a smaller size. Hopefully I would just need another pair of new pants in a month or so.2

To get out of the 180’s by Valentine’s Day. Currently at 185.2 this past Friday. I weigh daily but record only fridays and I saw 183.8 this morning so I’m very hopeful! (Taking things 10 pounds at a time).8

@dancefit2015 we have really similar goals! I am about 5lbs heavier than you though

To get my bmi back into the 20’s by March! I’ve lost 15lbs since November and only have 7lbs to go5

My "mini" (though it seems to be long-term) goal is to do the splits! I've been working on it for the past year, and am pretty much there on my good side. Now maybe another year for my not-so-good side? Haha!4

This made me laugh because I had the same goals — which I met recently. So now I’m working on reaching the weight I was when I got married to my FIRST husband, as if I could somehow undo that bad decision. If I could turn back time...

My mini is simply to have two days in a row of being at/just over (by no more than 50 calories) my calories.
I'm having a hard time coming back from an unplanned long break. I wanted to stay away and take a planned diet break, as laid forth in that long long long thread in general. I just never came back. I kept trying to, but couldn't make myself.
After facing some of my fears I'm starting over and trying again. I've been logging no matter what for five days now, and yesterday I was only 17 calories over (give or take a few for inaccurate accounting, I've got wiggle room right now - I'm still pretty obese). Today I'm on track to do similar.
Then I'll increase my mini to three days in a row. Good luck to me!14 -
I have a trip to Costa Rica in May with my husband, best friend and her bf.... I ordered 5 new bathing suits and a dress for the trip. They get delivered February 22nd...right now my goal is to lose 7-10 more lbs by the time they get delivered!2
