If not last night I had amazing home made pot stickers for dinner. Skills learned when I was Chinese1 -
I made turkey, cheese and tomato panini's. That was 6:30 pm last night. This is 9:11 in the morning. Not sure what to make for breakfast,but looking for suggestions.0

4 medium sized veggie egg rolls fried for two minutes in the deep fryer in Canola oil. I did not make them and ate with the family, I usually make my own separate dinner to track my calorie intake as accurately as possible as they are not eating healthy at the moment. I could not find an exact match in the Food Database and searched Google and got a rough estimate so I choose the Chinese Restaurant Egg Roll for 170 calories. I may be a bit over or under on the calories so I did some hardcore cleaning of the house for 30 minutes and only logged 15. My level of activity is sedentary. As after working at a desk 50 hours a week I do not do much on the weekend to break a sweat.1

3 inch square unsweetened corn bread w( 1/4 tsp real butter mmmmmm)
