How would fast and furious cleaning be calculated as a form of exercise?

There are entries for cleaning in the MFP exercise database. Be careful not to double count - if the cleaning is part of your routine daily life activity, it may already be in your calorie goal via your activity level setting. You wouldn't want to log it as exercise on top of that.
If it's unusual, and you didn't include it when thinking about your activity level setting, you can log it as exercise (cautiously - it's easy to over-estimate).0
