I've had to re-adjust my target; there's no way I'm going to lose 9lb in 3 weeks. Finding it really frustrating at the moment - it seems every half a stone I lose, I yo-yo a couple of pounds for a few weeks... Although I had a horrific weekend for eating and drinking last weekend, so I only have myself to blame really!! Hopefully a week off the alcohol and no meals out will get the scales moving in the right direction again!
