I just started a Keto diet. How do I track within the MyFitness app?

I am not strict Keto, but I have been tracking just like normal, just paying attention to the carbs protein and fat. The recipe part of the food tracker works great to just copy and past recipes and figure out nutrients

You track the same way - use a food scale, find the food and enter with quantity.
Your macro goals will need to be adjusted so that when you compare what you actually ate to your goals, it isn't so wacky.0 -
