Make fruit, vegetables and whole grains a natural part of your diet.2

Find foods you like that contain fiber. A quick Google search on high fiber foods will produce many foods to pick from.0

Beans. I honestly got fiber one cereal when I was constipated a few years ago and it did the trick lol.0

One or two Fiber One bars a day keep me nice and regular! And they're soooo tasty.0

Yes, beans and lentils are amazing sources. Veg and most fruits and whole grains are good too.0
