Breakfast- Protein oatmeal w/ banana
Lunch- nuts/2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner- 2 grilled chicken breast and broccoli
Snack-apple
For about a week I have been eating this and haven’t lost much weight? I’m I eating wrong ???

How many calories, really, are in the food you've been eating for a week?
Have you been weighing your food?
Besides all that, 1 week is not enough time to form an evaluation.
Stay consistently in your food plan for a month, then see where your weight has moved.

Are you logging your food? Are you measuring portion sizes well (a food scale would be preferable)? How many calories is this and are you beneath your calorie needs for the day? How much is "much" weight? It's only been a week. If you've lost 1-2 pounds then you're in a perfect range. If you've lost more, well it's the first week and might even out over time. If you've lost less, then it's still just the first week. Not everyone sees a loss right away. If you're certain you're in a calorie deficit (and it's impossible to tell with the information you've given us) then give it a couple more weeks and see what happens.0

Ya I guess so I’m use to losing more but never ate this clean so that’s the frustrating part1

I need a variety and "naughty / dirty" food but it fits my calorie goal so all is good.
