I started a few days ago and I LOVE it! Besides the fact that i'm peeing alot (which is annoying) but I didn't experience the 'Keto Flu'. I'm down 6 lbs!0

I've been doing it since the beginning of January and I really love it! Just still trying to figure out all the rules and ways to incorporate good fat without overdosing on cheese and bacon LOL1
