I have some Dannon Fat Free Plain Yogurt that no one in my house will eat. I also have some cocoa. Is there a delectable low/no fat treat that I could make? Carbs are okay, I'm coming off a 24 hour fast, so I can spare some calories.

No Pudge brownies...they use vanilla yogurt. You can make single servingsin the microwave.. No Pudge brand is found in the bakery section of the grocery store. Helps my cravings for chocolate.

If you just mix that all together, make sure to add some kind of sweetner. Unless the cocoa is sweetened, and not unsweetened baking cocoa like I am thinking it may be.

Maybe sprinkle some cocoa into the yogurt? Not sure how good it will taste, lol. I keep Fiber One 90 calories bars & brownies on hand when my chocolate craving hits!

How about a smoothie? Add some frozen strawberries and/or bananas and maybe a little bit of milk or ice.
  • do you have any nutella?

Hmm not sure about the yogurt... but I mix 2 teaspoons of cocoa with one teaspoon of icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese/or low fat marg for a chocolate fix. Lovely on cookies/oat cakes etc. Could maybe mix it in with the yogurt once made - never tried that before. If you've no icing sugar either just use 2 teaspoons of the cocoa instead to the cream cheese or marg.

I get double chocolate protein shakes... Low in calories and sugar & high in protein. It's like killing a bunch of birds with one stone!

Thanks for the replies. I went to SuperCook.com and put in my ingredients. Here's a url to the recipe I ended up using:

They've got about 2 minutes left to bake!
