Welome. The exercise calorie burns are often over compensating. And it is set up for you to eat back your exercise calories. Not saying you necessarily have to but it can get confusing if you don't know that to start with.0

And there's also lots of smartasses, it's all in good fun. Just take it with a grain of salt. Don't take anything said here seriously. Except that data base and calorie burn over estimation stuff. And the dating site stuff, some people do take that seriously. But they really shouldn't.1 -
