Vegetarian weight gain diet

I am a vegetarian and would like to make a weight gain 2180 kcal diet plan which is high in protein. Please help.

You're vegetarian and not vegan, right? My high-protein vegetarian go-to foods include greek yogurt, cottage cheese, other cheeses, protein powders/bars, some meat substitutes and eggs. I round out my protein with beans/legumes, nuts/nut butters and higher-protein grains.

I think peanut butter is one of the easiest ways to get extra calories, and it's vegan/vegetarian.1
