I know this is TMI. But i havent had a BM in two weeks. I know its because im dehydrated. Ive taken miralax for 3 days but still nothing. Im going back to the doctor tomorrow. But my question is because Google didnt help,
How much bm is in my colon from not going in two weeks? When i weighed myself, i should have lost more than i did. I know im logging 99% accurately. Down to the gram. And im purposely over logging.
So how much bm is possibly in my colon?

About two week's worth of "waste". No way to be more specific.
Depends on how much you ate and how much of it was absorbed.10 -
That sounds terrible How are you not exploding right now.6
-
No way to know. Weigh before and after you go to find out...
Also, ouch! Your poor tummy Hopefully you're staying hydrated now, but that is unlikely to be the entire cause of 2 weeks worth of no BMs. Glad you are seeing your doctor tomorrow.6 -
If you had a blockage, the pain would be intense by now.
Question, how can you both log 99% accurately and purposely over log?
Information: If you've habituated your body to depending on laxatives to 'go', you've committed the harm of causing your body to unlearn how to.23 -
Are you taking medications like narcotics that could be making you constipated?2

Wow, I can't imagine. I'd spend a whole day eating nothing but beans. Glad you are going to the dr!1

Go to walmart and buy an enema bag for 5 dollars get some distilled water warm it up to body temperature and do an enema. Also go buy some probiotics to take or just buy some kefir and drink it afterwards . This is the fastest and healthiest way to get immediate relief . Hope you feel better soon
Also you can definitely gain weight from being chronically constipated some people lose 10 to 15 pounds just from doing the colon hydrotherapy .40 -
Are you doing a ketogenic diet? If so, when your carbs are too low, and you don't have enough glycogen stored, your body wills stop producing mucous, which your digestive system needs to move waste along. If this is possibly a cause, or contributing cause, you will need to increase your carbs, more veggies and maybe some fruit.4

I totally agree. That's what they'll probably do to you at the doc anyhow. May as well try it yourself first. I have to take fiber everyday to stay regular. IBS or something, but I fluctuate between constipation and liquid hot magma. The fiber just makes it regular and normal. Drinking hot water I know helps for some people too. I'd go the enema route if its been that long. That is not okay.

You know i think the hot water helps a lot especially if you put ginger in it since it helps with digestion. If get my probiotics in and actually eat my veggies it helps me to stay regular but if I don't I will get constipated so quickly and I hate being constipated makes me feel so sick and drained a lot of people are scared of enemas lol but anyone who has ever dealt with severe constipation loves them a lot especially during emergency situations.19 -
Damn, this sounds awful.
I couldn't do a BM after surgery, and after a week of that I thought I was gonna die.
How much it weighs isn't your problem, getting it out is what you need to do.
Eat prunes, stewed tomatoes...they have a laxative effect.
There are also these capsules that you shove up your tush. They work like a champ, but they work fast so be by a toilet.
I cna't believe you aren't dead yet from the pain!

In context of some of the other posts that you've posted, being overly concerned with how much weight you will lose when you actually go after not going for 2 weeks seems very disordered. See your doctor. Get some help.22

You need to EAT to go. The last time I saw you ask a question you were eating 500 cals at most.29

I have chronic constipation. I can only weigh myself once per week. Once you're able to go, you'll notice a huge difference. Especially after two weeks.1

I poop 3 times a day on a strict schedule where I know exactly when. Not pooping for 2 weeks would make me feel really weird.6

Those constipated little nuggets can tear up your colon. You are in dire need of medical help. Please don’t take any drastic treatments until you are seen by the doctor. Enemas or any other treatments could make this problem much worse.
You understand there’s a difference between weight loss and fat loss, right?13 -

Well then lucky you.7 -
Maybe a dumb question but have you tried a cup of hot coffee? If you're not usually a coffee drinker it will help even more.1

When you're two weeks in...coffee ain't doing a thing.12 -
if you take miralax you need to drink fluids. Its an osmotic laxitive. Meaning it pulls water to make you poop.2
-
Do you know what is causing this?
Lack of the 3 F's Fibre/fat/Fluids?
Medication?
Undereating?
As for the weight question, I'd guess at least 2-3kgs of waste would be sitting inside of you. I have only just recovered from a long and severe bout of constipation. I put on 4kgs (8lbs) during that time which has dropped off now that I'm back to normal.
But the excess weight is the least of your problems... 2 weeks with no movement must be excruciating! You may be of serious risk of impaction. I hope your doctor treats this seriously when you go tomorrow.3 -
I have found that Mirilax is very mild and the couple times I was super constipated it took Milk of Magnesia to produce a BM2

Thats quite a long time, something isn’t right2

Who the *kitten* gives a *kitten* how much 2 weeks worth of waste WEIGHTS?
Or, more relevantly, how do you even get to week 2 without camping out in the emergency room till someone does something?
Even more relevantly, if you don't have an extremely good idea as to what is causing all this I would be insisting on some imaging or a colonoscopy, cause, I don't know about you, but personally? I *expect* faster transit!
**Of course, once the whole thing resolves I would be interested in how much concrete was removed from inside me.... 'cause... science experiment!16 -
Two weeks with no poop? Please contact your doctor or head on down to urgent care. You might need more than a plain water enema to get things moving. You don’t have an impaction yet or you’d be in agony. If you get clogged, just keep in mind that the only solution is “manual removal”.

Have you severely restricted your calories to the point that there just hasn't been enough in there to produce a poop?

Something is way off with your body, two weeks is far too long not to go potty! Get yourself to the doctor pronto!3
-
Just reading your other threads re: atkins style diet, limited water intake, etc, I would recommend asking your Dr to refer you to a registered dietician (after you have this acute problem sorted, that is). I hope you feel better soon, sounds rough.5
