I am willing to keep you going ...if you push me along as well..
  • I will motivate you, add me if you'd like. (: But "Amber Alert" should really only be used for missing children.

You have a pretty sexy hourglass figure goin' on there. I'm a wee bit jealous.

Feel free to message me hun, I will do my best to motivate you and you can motivate me as well :)
  • Don't lose hope, just figure out where to re start! Sure losing is easier for some than others, but we can all do it!

Make sure you get enough good calories, ie no snack food. To little is really as bad as to many!

If you work out you need more calories than if you did not work out, its a balance.

We all hit a plateau but its worth it.

    Message me if you want!

Go back and read your profile and your goals and your inspirations. You are here on a journey for you! You want to be all you can be and find that healthier person inside ... this is about more than weight and how we look in the mirror ... This is about our selves ... and what we take with us ... Take this down side and turn it into an upside .. Take a walk ... get some seratonin pumping through the system. Turn the music up ... LOUD ... dance! Enjoy being you in your body .. now ... this day ... and know that you are still on this journey ... and keep moving forward! Most of all keep moving .. This too shall pass, and you will continue moving towards your goals.

We all lose motivation at some point. Use the community of my fitness pal to help you on your journey. Getting rid of the weight takes time. There are good days and bad days. Just remember this is a lifelong journey, not a few month diet!

Feel free to add me and I'll support!
