    Hi I'm interested i joining your challenge. I joined weight watchers and my goal is a pound a month, 5 pounds sounds good. I weigh on Saturdays.

    once you set-up your information here how do you go back to add to it.

    What I do to save myself looking for my last update is I fill it out on my notes in my phone and add to it each week then copy and paste it on here
