    The best advice is buy a food scale. You can eat whatever you please in moderation as long as you stay in your calorie limit. I eat whatever I fancy and have still lost 11 pounds in 3 weeka. Lots of water and a calorie deficit. Accurately weigh your foods and you will succeed! Best of luck!
