    I'm loving it so far. I'll admit I struggle when my family has pizza or hamburgers, but I'm learning how to make things similar to their carb-filled foods without sacrificing flavor. Pinterest has some great keto-friendly meal ideas. I highly recommend pinterest and keto!

    Guys I have the KETO flu right now. It sucks right now but, I have to keep going. I know there’s a light at end of this flu.

    Electrolytes will fix that up for ya.
    Ketosis as a biological process requires 3000mg-5000mg of sodium DAILY. No ifs, ands, or buts.
    Get that through salty broth or making your own Powerade (real power aide has PATHETIC pittances of electrolytes, really. It's sad.) 8-12oz water, 1/4 tsp salt, Mio (or other water flavoring-Crystal Light, Mio generic...) and optional Lite Salt or No Salt (a few shakes for the first couple days, then stop.) 2 per day minimum, especially if you exercise.

    Keto flu = electrolyte imbalance. Address that and keto flu no longer exists.

    I'm on my 3rd week & have dropped 11lbs! I dont get cravings anymore & I'm never hungry. I've also got so much energy since starting it. I would highly recommend it for weight loss
