Calories Remaining

Could someone help me understand the meaning of this equation? Basically want to end at 0 each day right?

    Yes, eat all your calories but not too much and aim for zero :)

    The only time you don't want to aim for 0 is if you input exercises as sometimes MFP overexaggerates. Most people eat about 50-75% of their exercise calories back
