What do you think about Keto diet? Need info. Just started my keto diet thing.

Loving it. Losing gradually about 1kg per week and am full all the time. I am now including intermittent fasting to speed up and mix up things. I am more a lazy keto as love to eat other veges not keto friendly. Lots of Facebook Keto groups so encourage you to join them as have some great info there. Also Br Berry on YouTube. The most important thing for me is I am energised and clarity of mind. My body is gradually healing itself so all is good. Go for it.5

I'm loving it so far. I'll admit I struggle when my family has pizza or hamburgers, but I'm learning how to make things similar to their carb-filled foods without sacrificing flavor. Pinterest has some great keto-friendly meal ideas. I highly recommend pinterest and keto!1

Electrolytes will fix that up for ya.
Ketosis as a biological process requires 3000mg-5000mg of sodium DAILY. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Get that through salty broth or making your own Powerade (real power aide has PATHETIC pittances of electrolytes, really. It's sad.) 8-12oz water, 1/4 tsp salt, Mio (or other water flavoring-Crystal Light, Mio generic...) and optional Lite Salt or No Salt (a few shakes for the first couple days, then stop.) 2 per day minimum, especially if you exercise.
Keto flu = electrolyte imbalance. Address that and keto flu no longer exists.1 -
I'm on my 3rd week & have dropped 11lbs! I dont get cravings anymore & I'm never hungry. I've also got so much energy since starting it. I would highly recommend it for weight loss3
