How to sync my Fitbit to myfitnesspal ???

Hello everyone!

I just joined today, so it's Abit of a learning curve using the app.

I've added my Fitbit to myfitnesspal account.

But.... In myfitnesspal it doesn't show my activity/Cal's burned???

Any idea why and how I can correct this?

Please could you tell me how to get the info shown on the fitness pal.
My fitbit is already connected according the the app but no calorie/exercise details are showing

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off Bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink using only the web versions of both MFP and Fitbit.

If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

If you are seeing steps but no "exercise" Calories, perhaps you have not yet taken enough steps (moved enough) to earn more Calories than you get from your MFP self-estimated Activity Level. I do not start getting a positive Fitbit Calorie Adjustment until I have exceeded 2500 steps per day when set to MFP Sedentary Activity Level.
