Are you incorporating your exercise into that? I can’t speak for a vegetarian meal idea, but make your you are compensating for your walking. For example, my Fitbit tracks my walking (I’m a teacher) and as a result I can gain an extra 200-600 calories depending on how much I walked for the day (or lose calories on the days I don’t walk enough). I make sure to eat the extra calories that I have earned (not the whole amount), in smart choices. As a result I have lost 53 pounds since April. If you don’t have a Fitbit, use the Health app on your smart phone to count your steps (I apologize if these are things you already know, but this can be helpful for those who are new to MFP). May I join in please? Not sure if you mean by original starting weight the wieight we were when we joined MFP but I hope you will allow me to use the weight I was at on January 1st 2018 after foolishly undoing all the hard work I had done previously. I was heading steadily towards goal when a troublesome period in 2017 led me to "comfort eat" . There was little comfort gained - just 31pounds of weight!
So:- 1st January = 224 (my heaviest ever weight)
last weigh in Saturday 27th January =207 (I seem to be stuck here so need motivational help please)2 -
