Starting weight: 79kgs
Goal: 65kgs
This week: +.5kg
Total loss for January: .5kg
This weeks challenge: visiting relatives who made caramel slices and Maltese cheesecake. Resistance was useless.
This weeks success: cycled over 100kms in the week.
I’ve decided to try lower carbs. I’m just not getting the results I need. I get so hungry from exercise and I feel like I’m on a roller coaster.7 -

Just dropping in to say your doing a marvelous job. I feel your pain, I’m having the same problem too. I’ve upped my protein intake, it seems to be helping,:)0 -
@GrandmaJackie
Yes, what a struggle. Sometimes I don’t know what is the right track. I’ve tried low carb before but always had incredible cravings and lack of energy. This time I will concentrate on low carb on non cycling days and then increase for my bike rides. I just love cycling and we go with friends, so it becomes a social event too.
The important thing is Never Give Up!3 -

WELCOME to the 2018 Lose 52 Pounds In 52 Weeks Challenge! It’s NEVER to late to start! Just post your results and comments and get/give Support we all need!
I have used this Challenge the past two years and lost 37# and 43#. So now I don’t have 52 Pounds to lose but I will be posting here for weekly accountability posts.
FAO @FrancineJM61 I joined WW 2013 weighing 376#. Now I’m at 189 and just had my Dr set my GW at 184. My WW meeting and WI day is Thursday, I post my results here on 52/52 Challenge,
The new WW Freestyle is the third version of WW since I joined. I had a net gain in January but I had cut back on exercise due to my pool closed for repairs and I went overboard on the Zero Points beans and turkey chili. I’m looking forward to a LOSS Thursday!
@LinCharpentier
I’m 69 yo too! BUT only for a few days, I turn 70 on Saturday!5 -
@Jimb376mfp Congrats on your being within 5 pounds of your goal! That is fantastic and such an accomplishment! What a wonderful birthday gift to give to yourself!
Are you tracking on both WW and here? I started out doing both when I joined WW online late September, but it became tedious so I just track here because I can get a clear picture of macros and sodium.1 -
I decided to try some vegan protein powder and finally attained my protein goal!
Got to 100# on bench press and 310# on leg press. I was going to do squats, but that area was densely populated.2 -

This week's successes:
Drank 4 cups of water a day. Upped Leslie Sansone to 20 mins, changing to a more fiber-rich diet, changing out white flour, rice etc for brown Gave up pork, in exchange for more fish
Worked out on days I didn't feel like it or felt too tired to do it.
Ignored my husband's ice cream and pizza while he ate them under my nose.
This week's challenges: Do Leslie Sansone every day and stay within calorie limit and just keep going!!!5 -

I track WW Smart Points online with my iPhone. I use MFP as on line support.
A couple years ago WW closed their Community Bulletin Boards and started WW Connect as their social media site for WW members only. Some WW online Groups moved to new platforms.
GoaDs (Guys on a Diet) is a MFP group of friendly guys AND gals who are WWers or were WW. Check it out.1 -

looks good in here . I'm doing ok but had a gain this morning after a nice loss yesterday But that's to be expected it will go back down fluctuates some then settles at the low number. So on to another good day today. Did my steps on fit bit and kept my calories under goal. So all is good.4
