I want some friends!
I don't always post, but when I do I try to post based on scientific evidence. Not just my opinion.0 -
I want to have more friends with the purpose of inspiring and supporting each other. I've tried MFP several times but then relapse, gain weight and have to start over. My husband died of pancreatic cancer 1 1/2 years ago so I have this big void in my life. I think I'm trying to fill it with food, but would prefer filling it with gratitude for what I do have, music, volunteer work and other positive things. Food is just so comforting!

Brand new to this, been on it about a week now. Didn't realize there is a whole community to help stay motivated.
I could definitely use some friends on here to help me stay motivated. i have a no drinking goal during the weekdays which is a huge struggle, so help me stay on my goals! please.

Hi I would like to friends with as many people as possible who are looking to eat healthier and share their strategies to keep the weight off. I am about to turn 42 and even though I keep active (hike,lift weights,run Spartan races) I find that staying on track is so hard unless you are part of an accountability group. Seeing your peers stay on track and even when they fall of the wagon at time is IMHO a way to succeed. Please ADD ME AS A FRIEND if you share my struggle. Thank you so much!!0
