It sounds like a money-grabbing scam. But I have no idea what it is. Since it has the word "tone" in it, and that isn't really a thing in the fitness industry, I'm going to say, "No. No one has had any success with toning tables only."

I had to Google this one. I'm going to say no, that will lead to success in no way.

Toning tables! Now there's a blast from the past.

A friend of mine wasted a ton of money on these things back in the 80s.

So it's kinda like a lying down elliptical trainer that does all the work for you instead of making you do something?

Add it to your vibration plate and shake weight, and you've got a real workout! LOL

Moving our bodies ourselves, even in small, manageable, comfortable ways, burns more calories and provides more of what people usually call "toning", compared to having something or someone move our body parts for us.

Therefore, moving our bodies ourselves contributes more to both weight loss and fit appearance.

Frankly, these devices are the very literal definition of looking for a "free ride", and we know how that usually turns out, right? ;)
