Weekends...

Does anyone have any strategies for eating and/or logging foods on the weekends?
During the week I'm very careful (almost compulsive) about measuring out portion sizes for my breakfasts and lunches at work - and I always enter everything into the site as it eat it (perks of having an office job where I'm at the computer). I always know how many calories I have left at any given time.
On the weekends It's a completely different story. I still try to eat small healthy portions but I have trouble measuring every ingredient. I find it to be embarrassing to measure out foods when I'm out with my friends. I also have trouble logging foods on the weekends because I don't usually log on to the site until the end of the day or the next morning. By that time it's too late; the damage has been done. It is definitely apparent in my reports -- there's always a huge spike on weekend days!
Any suggestions?

I really don't change what I do from weekdays to weekends....I try to eyeball everything as I would any other day. Measuring drove me crazy and now knowing or seeing what a certain number of ounces looks/feels like helps in determining what I eat. When I am going out, especially restaurants.....I just stick to eating slow and realizing that sometimes they give you enough for two and not one...so I will eat half or less.....Save the rest or share @ the table.
As far as logging....I do most from my cell via the mobile app....so as soon as I eat....I put it in or right after....
Not sure if that helped or not but good luck with everything
