                    Would like to see how other people are eating on 1600 calories, please let me know if you have an open diary or I can add you as friend? Also, what is your weight, height, and activity level like? Thanks.

            I'm 33 years old, female, 5'6" 125lbs with a desk job and lately no motivation to go to the gym. I eat around 1600 calories and have an open diary.2

 how much do you maintain if you are sedentary? i am 5’5 i do at least 10k steps and its impossible for me to lose weight on more than 1600.0

 i am 5ft5 and i lose on net 1600 cals, so i maintain on 1900 net.0
