1600 calories open diaries ?

Would like to see how other people are eating on 1600 calories, please let me know if you have an open diary or I can add you as friend? Also, what is your weight, height, and activity level like? Thanks.

    I'm 33 years old, female, 5'6" 125lbs with a desk job and lately no motivation to go to the gym. I eat around 1600 calories and have an open diary.
  • I'm at 1610, though I don't like to add friends, you can have a look at my diary/

    35, 215 (down from 230 so far), lightly active (fitness youtube videos and recumbent bike)

    Will be at 1700 starting the tenth and open diary. I am 22 5"6 and around 88kg aiming to lose 20kg

    I was going to make the same comment - I’m 5’5, 42, and maintain on more than 1600 even if I’m bedridden - when active (11-12k steps a day) I maintain on about 2050?

    how much do you maintain if you are sedentary? i am 5’5 i do at least 10k steps and its impossible for me to lose weight on more than 1600.

    i am 5ft5 and i lose on net 1600 cals, so i maintain on 1900 net.

    the thing is though, it doesnt matter what we do, you need to figure out whats right for you :smile:

    I'm on 1600. I'm 5'10 currently 160 pounds and sedentary (for now) aiming to lose 1/2 pound a week

    I suppose I should have been more explicit, set to sedentary but add exercise 3-400 exercise cals most days.
