Today is an off day so a little hiking and playing Volleyball!2

I went to the gym this morning, and did 15 minutes on the elliptical, some triceps, some crunches, and then ran on the treadmill for 5 minutes (i've been doing c25k but my knees been bothering me so i've been taking a break. wanted to see how i did on the treadmill for a little bit). what about you!?1

Got a solid run in, and did some lower body lifting.2

Leg day.... 5 x 5 squats, 5 x 5 leg press, extension and curl, calf raises and some cable kick backs. And then like 10 mins of light cardio because I felt sick and shakey.1

I deloaded my deadlift and then hit legs hard. Even though I was supposed to deload everything but come on. I can't.2

I did a full body workout with lower focus. Hip thrusts, deadlifts and Bulgarian Split Squats (wahh). Then I had yoga this evening.1

Ran a 5k on the treadmill before my chest workout! Just came back from a 7 month break from the gym... Feels good to be back!2
