Disgusted - I can't lose a pound if I sold it to someone. Working out 1/2 hour/day, been sick the last couple. I even gained a 1/2 #. Eating at what I should be. grrrrrrrrrrrrr0

Determined to end, my 4 day pity party; concerning Valentine's Day today! Ironically my 1st 100 days, of my deficit relaunch; ends upon the 13th & thus the beginning of my 2nd 100 days, begins upon the 14th; I am still going to overindulge Valentine's Day but it'll be just a meal, instead of the entire day! Then the Monday thereafter I'll just readjust my goals to reflect any weight increase, basically restarting; instead of quitting!0

I have a lot to do. It’s just boring. I’m taking care of my parents when I don’t work full time right now and it’s very hard and tedious. Also very boring, and I don’t get to have fun at 19. But karma comes back!0 -
