Recovering from sickness

So the last 24hrs I have been quite sick and my energy levels are low, what are the best ways to get them back up and feeling better?

    If it was the flu or something similar, I would make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get yourself hydrated, particularly before exercising.

    Depending on what you had, rest and staying well hydrated. Hope you feel better soon!

    Hydration and rest - exactly what @mabearof6 said! Don't push yourself too quickly, or you won't end-up recovering and be down even longer!

    Take vitamins and drink lots of water.
