    Jumping rope is really hard. Can't do 5 min. had to do only 2 min. at a time. Not sure I will make it through the week, my foot is already acting up. I will do what I can.

    Just started today. No jump rope, but I did walk 30 minutes. I have a mini trampoline so will use that. BTW, anybody able to tell me how to post weight and exercise from my fitness? I copy the BBcode but nothing but the code shows.
