People are saying she is trying to look like Angelina Jolie. I don't know about that HOWEVER, she responded by saying she's never had any plastic surgery done. Really??

I wish the media would stop talking to her and doing stories about her. I think she's had so many kids for this type of attention and I can't stand it.

    Well, Angelina Jolie's plastic surgeon says that woman has definitely had her lips and nose done to look like Angelina.
    I wish the media would just ignore her, too. My wife and I can't stand the story.

    I think she does resemble Angelina...but man I wish the media would dump her...she doesn't need any more attention than what she's already gotten. The girl made her own bed, let her go lie in it now.

    I think it's ridiculous that these kinds of people get so much attention. Just like Jon and Kate plus 8...just because they had 6 kids at one time, their kids have already done more because of that show than my kids will do in a lifetime. The media just isn't fair.

    She had work done! If you care enought too...look at the old pics of her that are on the internet...her lips do not look like that at all! And her nose and face look different too. My question is, why was she spending all of this money on IVF and plastic surgery and her mother says she doesn't help with bills? She's admitted to being on food stamps and SSI...what kind of mother spends her money on IVF and plastic surgery and can't provide a home for her kids???? She's psycho...I hope the media leaves her alone...but I worry about all of the children because this isn't their fault.

    The picture? No. That's the mom. She was on the Today show yesterday and this morning.

    She's already had conflicting stories. They asked if she was getting help from government aide and she said no. Then, the next day she said she was receiving food stamps.

    her entire story disgusts and the doctor who did in vitro for her should be jailed. In vitro is a last chance type of thing, for couples that desperately want children and this freak is using it to exploit herself and her children. I hope child protective services steps in.

    All VERY good points including Kyeshai's comment about what she spends her money on!!! How on earth is she going to take care of her kids if she's blowing her money. Unless she gets a book or movie deal though, you know we are all going to be paying to raise those kids via SSI and food stamps. How ridiculous!!

    Someone else said maybe whomever did the IVF paid her to do it, though the company would never admit to that.

    I agree a friend of mine has adopted 6 children with special needs and she has two biological children. She is in the process of adopting two more special needs children. She is a hidden hero that no one knows about unless you know her personally. She is kind, loving and great mother to all her children. This woman just wants to keep having kids and for what reason, it makes no sense to me.

    I did stay up to watch her and the more she talked the more I wanted to slap her. I can't believe she has no income and yet she has all these kids. She should have given her frozen embryos to people who can't have children. I love how she said she wasn't selfish, she is so selfish to want to that many kids and not being able to provide for them. I struggle with having a 3rd because I am not sure we are financially afford, how on earth do you go and have what is it 14 kids.

    I am just blown away!!!!:grumble:

    oh ya by the way she looked so beautiful before she had work done.....I don't care what she says, she had work done:angry:

    I agree that she is nuts. My understanding is that someone paid for her IVF. At least, that's what my wife told me.

    I hope the team from Home Makeover don't honor her with a house. If they do I'll never watch that show again. Although the kids could use it. Maybe they could give it to the grandma and kids and lock her out.:angry::angry:

    Okay, I personally don't agree with her choice. I have avoided as much of the media that is about her as I can. It's insane though. I wanted to punch the radio dj this morning.... she doesn't even have a name anymore she's only known as "Octa-mom," like shes some freaky sci-fi character (1/2 octopus 1/2 human.... which I WOULD pay money to see).

    Even though she seems a little nuts (to me personally) doesn't mean she isn't a person. The whole situation seems to have removed almost ALL the humanity involved here.

    I do hope the kids are okay... that is going to be a lot for them to deal with.

    It is ashame that taxpayers have to pay for her children just to satisfy her need for a family. Why didn't she adopt? Don't tell me that it is rooted from being an only child. I am an only child, I have one kid!:devil:

    The situation is extremely scary to me because she now has 14 children to take care of and personally I think she has a child mentalitly. I will having somebody to always love me with all these children. My youngest gets SSI and while I know it is government assistance, she more than qualifies. She also gets Medicaid and it is a good thing because her monthly meds not counting her therapies or supplmental feedings is $750 approximately. I feel very grateful for the assistance but I would never have another child because there is always the what-if. My only saving grace is receiving the help is that I know that I did everything right during my pregnancy with her and it is a randm God thing. I can't imagine having six childs already, one with autism and wanting to get implanted with more.

    I will not judge her, but it definitely makes me wonder???????? :noway:

    Well one thing I have to say is, her six kids do not look like they need child protective services to interfere.

    I dont think its our place to judge her decisions nor the doctors. People often consume the lives of others without realizing that its really not their concern weather she has 14 kids or 1 million. Its her life and obviously everything happens for a reason. If she werent meant to have the 14 kids then she wouldnt have delivered them.

    Some are saying that "oh, we are supporting her with our tax dollars", when really, she is one of many whom have your "tax dollars". We have no control of it either way, so why concern yourself over it? There are TONS of children out there to single mothers who dont even look 1/2 as put together as her's with parents that spend our "tax dollars" to get their nails done while the children are starving and the parents are not willing to work, less known attend school.

    I think we should focus more on whats in front of us when we look in the mirror rather than what the media discloses about someone else's life.

    We are only accountable for our actions. We could all just change the channel?????:ohwell:

    :indifferent: I wish the babies God's love and help and I hope that the mom finds help.:heart: She is going to need it.:noway: I'm not judging them I'm praying for the children. :heart: I've delt with children in my career and I'm dealing with a very very fradgile grandson in the hospital now. The children have no choice but to fight for their life and deal what is delt to them. It makes me sad when a child needs to struggle more than normal children do, cause we all know what a rough world we live in now days.:heart::heart: If my tax dollars are helping them and making them more comfortable, I am satisfied with that.:heart::flowerforyou:

    I would rather see my tax dollars go to help those children, then have the government to continue to foot the bill for Hurricane Katrina "victims" that need to stop looking for a free handout, and get off their perfectly capable butts and get a job and help themselves.

    agreed and I also think the DR should loose his license for helping her.
