3 day a week core strength plan

i have a good lifting program and I'm doing running and riding for cardio but have nothing for core.

i go to the gym 3 a week and was hoping to add a 10 or 15 minutes at the end of my lifting

    Front/back lever progressions, L-sits, suitcase carries, plank with shoulder taps, hanging knee/leg raises.

    I'm to logic minded. i need the kind of plan that says

    day 1 do this many of these exercises
    day 2 do these

    etc etc

    then repeat over 4 weeks with different combos each day
