How do you custom your salad bar on here to list calories. I don't put everything on the salad bar in my bowl by a long shot!

There's a section for the salad bar. Log each item individually or use the recipe builder. Make your best guess how much you used of each item.

OMG... this seems horrible to me. 440 calories, Total Fat 22g Cholesterol 495mg Sodium 750mg Carbs 32g . Looks like I'll have to give up my salad bar. This doesn't even have salad dressing on it.

Why give up the salad bar? You can change the things you put in your bowl or have smaller portions if you feel that your meal doesn't fit within your goals. Take a look at the nutritional info and plan out what things you'd prefer to eat before you go.

We ate at Jason's Deli pretty often while I was losing weight. I loved the salad bar...especially that chocolate mousse.

girl, you think that's bad? I once worked as a manager in catering for them and i kid you not, i ate a plain jane baked potato everyday for like a year. Like... 1,600 calories in ONE MEAL every day for a year.

You can imagine how that went, lol

Sounds like you might want to make a few changes to what you put on your salad, lol. You just got "sticker shock" which is quite common around here. Load up on the lettuce or spinach or whatever green you like, and then just be more aware of what goes on top. As for dressing, a little can go a long way. Sorry you got the reality check. Fun stuff, huh?

What is wrong with this? 440 is very reasonable calories for a meal - I usually have 600 calories. Sodium isn't that bad when you consider you can have something like 2300 mg a day, carbs are fine, even if you are diabetic, fat - you need fat and that doesn't seem terribly bad unless you are eating a lot of other fat throughout the day. I'm curious to know what you think is so horrible about this.

I went to Jason's deli yesterday after a full day of exercise and hit up that soft serve twice. Didn't even care.

I like the sweet potato with spinach and turkey with jalapeño ranch that Jason’s has - it’s about 500cal I think
