What in the heck was I thinking?
Day 1 I did all the workouts, Zumba & some Yoga after having NOT worked out ALL of January. Yesterday DOMS took me OUT!!!
Today, my family walked a 5K, so that's it for me. Back at it tomorrow.
Great effort everyone . GO GET YOUR GOALS!

Not much beyond some walking around with the dog. It's kinda slick, so didn't do much. I would say I'm failing this, but haven't fully got started. I think tonight I'll do laps around the community room listening to my Zombie Playlist.1

Love Handle day 4 complete. Missed days 2 & 3, but will make up one tomorrow instead of a rest day.
