    You can do it ! Logging faithfully (1100+ days) has helped me maintain a 205 pound loss for two + years. Calories in, calories out... One good choice at a time !

    Welcome! I'm right around the same starting weight as you (mine was 278), goal of 160. Logging daily has kept me held accountable, and I don't let a bad meal or bad day derail me like before!
