Love this. Not 10# in 3 weeks, but rather 10# in 3 months. Brilliant.11

This is close to my goal. My ideal would be 20 but 10 is a great start.2
-
yes - I gained 10 over winter and need to get it off.2
-
My goal as well! Current strategy is running 2x week, strength training 2x week, and yoga 1x week - but we'll see how long I can stick to it...8

Heh, I am in ...... I actually "want" to loose 10lbs by the end of March, but having done this before I now know to double the time it takes what with set backs, body refusing to drop fat, parties etc ... so I am aiming for end of March with the expectation it will be summer !2

Any advice/diets/workouts? I advise you guys to try swimming as it is a great strengthening and cardio sport that i have been doing over 7 years and that has made me pretty lean. Sadly i gained some weight1

I like this goal.
My issue is the motivation to get started. I need someone to push me. Hold me accountable to get moving and say no to those damn cookies! They are soooo delicious.
How do we motivate each other to reach this goal?0 -
I'm in! My goal is 10 pounds by Easter/April 1(10
weeks away and the start of spring - so a pound a week). Vanity weight. I even took 'before' pictures to motivate me!0 -
I’m down 25 lbs (from 2 years ago!! Lol!) and my goal is another 10 lbs, I just keep falling off the wagon and have stayed at my current weight for months! 10 lbs by summer is a good goal!0
-
Oooh yes! 10 lbs by Easter! Stay away from chocolate bunnies!!! We got this!3
-
I’m in! Anyone can add me! I need help staying on track with working out. Winter makes me so lazy1

I'll put all my best forward to be down 10lbs by summer, too. I have this awesome bikini I wish to wear
10 lbs is what I have put on since I started to work night shifts and make me just a size larger than I like. I cannot count the times I have started, slipped, then started over. Still I'm rather enthusiastic and positive its possible this time around
Anyone else thinking about swim wear?

I wish I was confident enough to think about it lol.0 -
Yes! I'm in.0

Yes I'm in too. 10# is what I want to lose to be at my goal weight.0

Yes I'm in too! I need to lose more but one step at a time.1

I put on about 10 Lbs every winter...usually take it off by April/May...
I don't usually get serious about it until February when I start getting more day light to work with and we start getting more pleasurable temperatures for cycling. I usually have my first cycling event in May, so I like to have the weight off by then...0 -

YAAAAASSS! I am hoping to get into a normal BMI by then. 11 more pounds2
-
8-10 pounds is my goal. I’m right on the line between normal and overweight BMI. (5’6” —150 lbs) I usually just focus on exercise (distance running) when I want to trim down, but I’m trying to be more careful with food too now, since I spent the 2nd half of last year stress eating.
I’ve been at this most of January, and am trying to be patient (set to .5 lb a week— I was starving on 1lb a week) It seemed I was losing, but I’m having some fluctuation, and probably gaining some initial muscle. Just trying to keep the faith and keep my logging accurate.1 -
Yes that’s my goal too!! I have an open diary and working on consistency making friends on here is what is going to help me!! Feel free to add me!2
-
This is my goal as well! 10 by the date our community pool opens1

Hey, mines more 15lbs by summer, but I feel like I still fit in here ! I am definitely struggling with the patience side of things, but I know that it’s good to take it slow rather than lose it in a month then gain it back by June. I’m trying to only weigh myself once a week maximum, it’s hard though ...1

This is early my goal! I lost 5 lbs before Christmas but it’s back....0

I'm all in. My strategy is 3 lbs off a month - if more even better. Life happens - must be making healthy choices or it will not last .2
-
Hell yes 10 is my target - struggling since hysterectomy 3months ago .
Hubby needs to get fit to so we have decided to walk every evening after dinner has settled - and a good walk at weekends .
