Lots of exercise, but steps count negative.

Has anyone seen this sort of thing? I'm guessing maybe it's because I haven't been up much today, but at first I thought there was some issue for having that much exercise with few steps, then I walked around the house and it went down slightly.

I checked my profile for gender/height/weight and I have it on sedentary. Could the 1000+ calories of exercise just be the normal metabolism during the day, even without many steps?

It just seems weird. It's been like this for a couple weeks it seems.

Yeah. I wish I could burn a calorie with every step but I just can’t believe it.

The app and fitness trackers dont play nice with the sedentary setting. I changed mine to active but enabled negative calorie adjustments and that ha worked much better.
