My name is Chad and I hate going to the gym. My original goal was to get back to 185lbs. After 3 weeks of cutting back to 1500 cal. and a lot of hard work I've gained 3lbs! How's your journey going? Success? Setbacks?

    I too am on 1500 cal, been on it a week now, no exercise until I’m settled in to things tho

    As far as cardio I'm only doing 30min. Sometimes 45; but, I'm kicking my own butt with the weights. I guess which is why I'm gaining a little. I'm a little surprised though because that's not many calories and I'm just a step up from keto as far as carbs go. I'm here for motivation and hopefully to motivate others. Also Ms. Tiny_dancer_in_pink, I don't know how to friend others but if you send me a request as Mr. Potts has I will accept.
