For breakfast, lunch and dinner, considering that I am almost 45 and I have a moderated activity plan. I have gone to the gym for about 3 months and I have lost only 7 pounds.

Eat a raw unprocessed diet consisting of natural unprocessed foods as much as u can. Buy at farmers markets rather than supermarkets. Try this...

All the foods. Just not too much at a time. At least that's what I told myself before I ate an entire box of cookies a few days ago... :cookie::blush:

Eat food you like but the right amount of calories. You need a calorie deficit to lose weight. If you are not losing at the rate you want then you need to reduce calorie consumption or burn more calories.
Many vegetables are pretty low calorie and you can bulk out your meals with those.
Get enough protein, fats and fiber.
Log as accurately as you can.
