Good morning all:)

I never knew about this website (I had this as an app on my phone)-such a nerd I know!

It is exciting to be here and I am looking forward to being a part of this community-hopefully very little drama. I tend to steer clear of drama:)

I love my phone app and the ease of adding foods and exercise-this is truly an awesome tool to have!

    Welcome Cody! I like your name :). I think you will find this tool extremely useful and the community is very supportive! I stear clear of drama as well.....for the most part you will find a lot of encouragement.

    Be sure to look at the message boards for recipes, tips, reviews on various workouts, and lots of support!

    FYI - NSV means non scale victory. We love to celebrate those!
