I sleep 4-6 hours and work long days too. The biggest thing is to keep the diet right and manage weight. then get in some quick, high intensity workouts. Plenty of 10-20 minute routines on YouTube to work on cardio and strength/conditioning.

    Sure.

Use your diet to manage your weight, then exercise for fitness and body composition. Be patient, monitor your progress, and make small changes as necessary. But mostly, be patient.

Best way to get fit for a sport is to do the sport.

If you don't have time to workout- when are you going to surf? not being an a** just asking.

That’s a valid question! I am wondering the same thing? When do you plan on surfing if you can’t find time to work out?

Not having enough time to do both, but my thoughts are , if I’m fit ( working out or doing functional exercises )I’ll be able to produce more on a ocean and have fun
