Started Yesterday - One day at a time!

OK - so we will see if I keep up with the app? Hoping it will help me to be aware more of what I am eating. I have been eating pretty healthy for years - mostly organic etc.. Just need to count some calories and trim the waist line. I exercise daily in the spring, summer and fall and go to the gym 3 days a week in the winter
