    If I am going to pay salon prices, for salon products; I'll only purchase them via an actual salon because they've the most to lose, if they sell; a defective product & thus they'll take, the most precautions!

    are you past the 30 day return??? I've heard the jr line is excellent for super sensitive scalps..
