    You can eat what you want, when you want. My dessert every night during the week at the moment is frozen yoghurt, berries, nuts, jello, sometimes chocolate cereal - usually about 30 minutes before I go to bed

    Yes it's perfectly okay to eat late at night unless it causes you problems sleeping.

    I like to have cottage cheese wit greek yogurt frozen berries almond butter cinnamon nutmeg cocoa powder maple syrup apple nd strawberry wen i eat night i try to keep my protein very high nd fiber them sometimes o switch to hummus nd chop carrots celery nd radishes
