200 X Challenge

Options
OK so this challenge is to get everyone's endurance for different exercises up there. We'll gradually progress every two days. Here is the workout challenge guidelines:

Day 1 & 2 - 25 jumping jacks
Day 3 & 4 - 50 jumping jacks
Day 5 & 6 - 75 jumping jacks
Day 7 & 8 - 100 jumping jacks
Day 9 & 10 - 125 jumping jacks
Day 11 & 12 - 150 jumping jacks
Day 13 & 14 - 175 jumping jacks
Day 15 & 16 - 200 jumping jacks

Once we reach 200 jumping jacks, we will ADD a different exercise to the mix. First, we'll add crunches, then push ups, then squats, lunges, etc. So, the next 16 days would look like this:

Day 17 & 18 - 200 jumping jacks, 25 crunches
Day 19 & 20 - 200 jumping jacks, 50 crunches
Day 21 & 22 - 200 jumping jacks, 75 crunches
Day 23 & 24 - 200 jumping jacks, 100 crunches
Day 25 & 26 - 200 jumping jacks, 125 crunches
Day 27 & 28 - 200 jumping jacks, 150 crunches
Day 29 & 30 - 200 jumping jacks, 175 crunches
Day 31 & 32 - 200 jumping jacks, 200 crunches

If you'd like to participate, just post and let us know... then each day, let us know if you were able to complete the challenge! We'll start tomorrow as Day 1 (Monday, August 7th).
