HELP! Need Motivation and accountability. Looking for friends

I started losing weight two years ago and was doing really good for a few months. I had lost 22 pounds and I was feeling really good about myself. Life happened and I fell off the horse. I've gained everything back and then some.
Now I've started again and I don't want to fall off again! I need lots of motivation, and I've found that external motivation helps me the most.
The more friends I have on here the better!

    You got this girl! Treat every workout like a celebration, smile a lot, and do lots of low-intensity jogging, cycling, etc. Keep that in mind, it's not about working hard, that will come in due time, it's about showing up! Go ahead and send me a friend request.

    It would be good to have a few more friends. I just started my weight loss journey 2 months ago. This is more of a need for a forever lifestyle change so I worry I will fall off track.
