Yup and the odd thing is I don't feel tired!
but I've only been doing this for A week
I've also been using mfp cal counter and that alone has helped me loose 12 pounds... But the working out an hour a day has really sped things up I lost just 2.5 pounds this last week ! Anyways my starting weight was 221 im now 209.3
I started at size 20 and now I'm a size 16 ! Yay go me

I was loosing weight 2 years ago,but gave up,I'm back at it again0

Yes, diet is key, but diet + exercise is always better!
Just be careful how rapidly you drop the weight. 1-2 lbs per week is considered a healthy amount. The more you lose, the closer to the lower end of the range you will want to be.
