Have a horrible time losing weight and trying to stay dedicated. Could use lots of supportive friends!!

    I do it by changing my habits. I have fallen off the wagon a few times but get back on it. It's about lifestyle change and habit changes. I make it a habit to weigh all my food and log it and stay within the 1200 I am given for the day. I don't stress as much walking on the treadmill as I do staying within my calories.
